Rae Heller

Rae Heller started her career as a bilingual elementary classroom teacher in the Midwest and transitioned to a Social Emotional Learning Coach when she moved to the Pacific Northwest. She is the author of the book Becoming the Cool Teacher. She currently is an educational consultant for a curriculum company and travels around the country to support districts around best practices in education. Throughout her career she has also spent time working in schools around the world in countries like Thailand, Spain, and Mexico to better understand how multicultural education can enhance the classroom and beyond.
