Praise Lee

Since 2002, Praise Lee has worked in diverse settings ranging from the farms of central Illinois, to Chicago Public Schools, to universities in Seoul, South Korea. For the last four years, she has led a school-wide professional development effort at a Chicago public high school in the practice of close reading. She is currently working as an International Baccalaureate coordinator and coach to encourage teaching and reading practices to be more inquiry-driven. When not teaching, Praise spends time with her family and hosting a podcast with her cousin about being children of immigrants.
