Patricia Sullivan-Kowalski

Patricia Sullivan-Kowalski is the Director of Pupil Personnel for the Meriden Public Schools. She has over 20 years experience working with families and children in urban settings. Patricia began her career as a public school and Birth to Three Speech-Language Pathologist. Patricia's experience as an assistant principal as well as a supervisor of special education has provided her with a well rounded perspective of public education and student success. Patricia is also the mother of three children and has learned to advocate for her child with special needs. Her passion for children with special needs is evidenced through her work in the development of appropriate programming while strengthening home, school and student relationships through innovative and creative practices.
