Jessica Cabeen
High School Principal
Jessica is the Principal of Alternative Education Programs in Austin, Minnesota. She previously served in a variety of roles, including as the principal of the “Happiest Place in Southeastern Minnesota:” the Woodson Kindergarten Center.
Jessica was named 2021 ED Dive National Principal of the year. She is a NAESP Middle Level Fellow and a Future Ready Principal. Jessica is the author and co-author of several books, including Principal in Balance: Leading at Work and Living a Life (March of 2023).
She is a sought-after speaker and trainer, and by far her favorite space is with her husband Rob, sons Kenny and Isaiah, and the family dog, Herman.
