Nikki Williams Rucker

I have been a classroom teacher for 15 years. I have worked in every type of high school imaginable but spent the majority of those years in urban education. I have now stepped out of the classroom and dedicated this second part of my career to teaching teachers about increasing academic achievement through culturally responsive teaching. I travel all over the U.S. facilitating professional development for teachers and administrators on transformational change. I am also a wife and mom of two amazing kids.
