Lauren Porosoff (she/her) is the founder of EMPOWER Forwards, a collaborative consultancy practice focused on making school a source of meaning, vitality, and community for students and educators. She is the lead author of several books, including Two-for-One Teaching: Connecting Instruction to Student Values and The PD Curator: How to Design Peer-to-Peer Professional Learning that Elevates Teachers and Teaching.
