Marta Garcia

Marta has been invested in the teaching and learning of mathematics for over 35 years in the roles of teacher, math coach, and consultant. Currently she is involved in projects focused on equity and supporting schools in developing and implementing curriculum and professional development. Marta has presented at NCSM and the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics, as well as to local organizations; she is also on the conference planning team for several organizations. She has been on staff at Mount Holyoke College since 2003 in the Mathematics Leadership Programs, leading courses in mathematics content. She co-facilitates online coaching with Virtual Math Coaching PLC.
