Rebecca Tilhou, PhD is an instructional technology specialist in the pre-K to 12 realm and adjunct assistant professor of curriculum and instruction at her local university in Virginia. With 20 years of experience in the field of education, she promotes experiential learning that opens the door to young people’s environments and communities. As a coach of teachers across the spectrum of pre-service to veteran, she places great importance on leveraging innovative technologies to illuminate student voice and agency.
