Delia E. Racines has over 17 years of experience teaching, coaching, and serving as both a principal and assistant principal with K–12 and university-level educators in Washington, DC, and Los Angeles. Racines helps educators apply research-based instructional strategies and make meaning of data to narrow achievement gaps. Racines transitions department chairs to instructional coaches through tailored modules and was awarded the prestigious Shirley Hord Award with Learning Forward.
Nominated as ACSA’s 2018 Co-Administrator of the Year, Racines continues to coach coaches as a consultant with her own company, From Insight to Equity, and also coaches teachers across Los Angeles in both a reading and literacy added authorization program as well as a school business management certificate program with the University of Southern California.
