Anya Eckhardt

Anya Eckhardt is currently interim head of physical education and teaches in both the Lower School and Middle School Physical Education department at Germantown Friends School (GFS) in Philadelphia. Additionally, she coaches field hockey and lacrosse in the Upper School at GFS. 

Anya earned a BS in health education and physical education, as well as an MS in health education from Ithaca College. Previously, Anya taught at Brookline High School in Massachusetts as a health and fitness teacher.
